Mariève is an expert in change management and cultural transformation, with over 18 years of experience. Her expertise was honed in three major consulting firms, where she contributed to large-scale transformation projects.

Her career has involved guiding organizations through strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, implementing complex processes like the Renault procedure, logistics transformation, software rollouts, transitioning to innovative customer experiences, digitizing workflows, adopting new technologies, and integrating Agile practices into change contexts.

Mariève stands out for her ability to combine the rigor of project management with a deeply human approach. She seamlessly incorporates essential dimensions of change management, including communication, coaching, and resistance management, to support organizations and their people through successful, lasting transformations.
